Over the years I discovered that my true passion is baking, so I decided to venture into this crazy world of cooking and started a project in Venezuela, my home country.

Not being enough of an adventure for me, I decided to come to Madrid to train professionally at the Le Cordon Bleu School of High Baking.

One of the best experiences of my life has been to train with great professionals and meet my partner, Uriel, who is just as crazy and passionate about the world of desserts as I am.

My passion for baking and cooking was born when I ran one of the family restaurants. What amazed me most was the power that food had to awaken in me various emotional experiences.

Being able to repeat those sensations was what led me to study at Le Cordon Bleu. What I am most passionate about is developing new recipes, playing with combinations of flavors, aromas and textures.

The pillars of my creations are respect for the product and the technique. I was lucky enough to meet Isis and I knew instantly that our madness and passion for pastry-making could make us create a different concept.
